Cap is 126 teams of two per day

ENTRY FEE: 

• $190 per team of 2, until December 31st, 2024; 11:59 PM. 
  • $200 per team of 2, until March 31st, 2025; 11:59 PM. REMINDERS TRHOUGH March 30th 
  • $240 per team of 2, until May 6th, 2025; 11:59 PM. AFTER THIS DATE NO GUARANTEE FOR       A T-SHIRT. 
  • $260 per team of 2 until July 25st 2025 .REMINDERS TRHOUGH July 24th 
  • $300 VERY LAST MINUTE pricing per team of 2 until August 1st 2025
• $80 per athlete Skills Clinic PER ATHLETE

Registration closes on Aug 1st. After which a waitlist opens. 

AGE DETAILS: Age on Race day

The age group is determined by the age of the oldest team mate. (a 7 year old and a 9 year old will race in the 8/9 category). However, if the ages of team mates span more than consecutive age groups (i.e. 6/7 & 10/11 year old) then that team will race on Sunday in the Open category. They will be timed but no ranking/prizes will be awarded, due to the range of athletes signing up in this category.

You may select a course dependent on availability; however, the chart below shows our recommendations based on skill levels.

THURSDAY -  1-5pm  SKILLS CLINICS  

• Rotate through 4 sessions to get the kid race ready: Adventure Racing 101, Team Building, Mountain bike, Climbing
• $80 per person in addition to your race entry fee
• Limited space

FRIDAY   – Long Course (Approximately 3.5 miles in length with +/-15 obstacles) 

• Ages 10 – 11 who have raced before
• Ages 12 – 14

SATURDAY  – Medium Course (Approximately 3 miles in length with +/-15 obstacles) 

• Ages 8 – 9 who have raced before
• Ages 10 - 11 who have not raced before
• OPEN ONLY FOR AGES 8 and older: ages of team mates who span multiple days (i.e. 8 & 12 year old). Kids who want to race but  their day is sold out. No podium prizes will be awarded in this category. 
• No 6-7 year old's in the OPEN on Saturday IT IS TOO HARD. we do not want to set them up for failure.

SUNDAY  – Short Course (Approximately 2.5 miles in length with +/-12 obstacles) 

• Ages 6 - 7
• Ages 8 – 9 who have not raced before
• Open: ages of team mates who span multiple days (i.e. 7 & 12 year old). Kids who want to race but  their day is sold out. No podium prizes will be awarded in this category. 

TIME ESTIMATE: Participants generally finish the course within 1 - 1.5 hours for all course lengths
